CV Screen is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join a small dynamic team based in Hove. Their innovative products and services help streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and optimize revenue generation. As they look to expand the product range and with exciting new projects on the horizon, they are expanding their team

As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a critical role in providing application support to the core business systems. You will be responsible for crafting clean, well-designed code that ensures optimal performance. Your expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX will be essential in translating specifications into high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will troubleshoot, test, and maintain software and databases to ensure seamless functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean and efficient code to achieve optimal performance
• Transform specifications into high-quality deliverables
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain software and databases for seamless functionality
• Adhere to industry best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Develop and deploy new features to enhance procedures and tools

Required Experience:

• Proven track record in PHP development 
• Demonstrable expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, version control tools, and web service development
• Experience in software design and development within a test-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in Docker
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies
• Experience with GitHub

Salary 

£50-55k Depending on experience
